today's the day

Woke up today with an uneasy, queasy feeling in the pit of my stomach.  A little bit of the shakes.  I just get so nervous with all of this stuff and feel out of control with my body.  Will be glad when my dr appt is over and I can deal with whatever my prognosis is.  Going to do my relaxation dvd, have a bowl of oatmeal and get to work on candle orders.
